I’ve created a free Weekly Appointments Calendar spreadsheet in Google Sheets to help you manage your schedule at a glance. The calendar updates automatically — just select the year, month, and week number from the drop-downs to view the current week.
Enter your appointments in the table with date, time, location, category, priority, and status. The calendar highlights upcoming appointments and flags overdue or missed ones, so you can easily see what needs attention or if something needs to be rescheduled.
You can filter by month or today’s date to focus on what’s important, track double bookings, set reminders, and see your progress at a glance. Charts display your appointments by status, category, and progress, making it simple to visualise your week.
This dynamic, easy-to-use tool helps you organise work meetings, personal events, health check-ups, or any other appointments — keeping your schedule clear, organised, and stress-free.
