A lassi is a cool and refreshing addition to any meal or it can be a snack in its own right.
Whenever we travel to Malaysia or India this is my favourite go-to drink but of course in Asia it is always made with fresh juicy mangoes.
Unfortunately, we don’t have regular access to tropical fruit here but we can replicate this drink using mango pulp. Here’s my version:
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt, full fat
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1 cup chilled water
Method
Blend all ingredients together and serve with ice.

Yes, no added sugar which is good… the mango is sweet enough. 😋
