Sharing My Free Weight Loss Spreadsheet: Your Key to Success

If you’re on a mission to lose weight and looking for a straightforward way to stay organised and motivated, I’ve got just the thing for you. I recently developed a free weight loss spreadsheet in Google Sheets that is helping me achieve my goals, and now I’m excited to share it with you!

How It Works

The spreadsheet is designed to be user-friendly, even if you’re not a tech-savvy person. To get started, just click the link and add a copy to your own Google Drive. From there, you can either use it online or download it to your computer or smartphone. Once it’s saved, you can start entering your information straight away.

Features

  • Weight Tracking: Option to keep tabs daily or weekly, and look for patterns.
  • Exercise Tracker: Record your workouts and step count and monitor your activity levels.
  • Progress Charts: Visualise your weight loss journey with graphs that show your progress.
  • Motivational Notes: Write down your thoughts, achievements, and goals to stay motivated and focused.
  • Daily Habit Tracker: Tick off your great habits and compare the frequency to your goals.
  • Water Tracker: A great way to encourage a higher consumption of water.
  • Need Help? I’m happy to assist anytime.

✨ New Improved Weight Loss Tracker

I’ve recently updated my tracker with a newer all-in-one version that includes both kg and lbs options together, along with a few extra features.

That said, I’m still keeping my original tried-and-tested trackers available below. These simple versions have worked very well for me over the years, and I know some people prefer the straightforward layout.

Choose whichever version suits you best.

Once you click Make a copy, the template will be saved straight to your Google Drive. You can then edit and personalise it as you like.
