Free Flatmate/Roommate Shared Expenses Tracker & Settlement Spreadsheet

Sharing a house with flatmates or roommates can be great fun… until it comes to working out who paid for what and who owes whom.

That’s why I’ve created a simple Flatmates’ Shared Expenses Tracker in Google Sheets to make managing shared household expenses much easier.

Instead of keeping track of bills, groceries and household purchases in your head, simply enter each expense, select who paid, tick the people sharing the cost, and let the spreadsheet do the calculations for you.

It’s designed to be easy to use and flexible and, most importantly, to take the awkwardness out of keeping track of household expenses. Use it for one month at a time, then make a copy and start fresh for the next month.
