Overnight Oats

Today I’m making overnight oats for breakfast tomorrow, so good, yummy and healthy, it’s easy to make.

🍌 Mix together:
1/2 a mashed banana
1/3 cup rolled oats (3 tbsp)
1/2 cup milk
Place in a bowl, jar or fancy glass
Top with berries, frozen are good
Leave in the fridge overnight
Enjoy for breakfast in the morning
