Walk at The End HIV Big Gay Out with Janet, Auckland 2021

Yesterday I wandered around at The End HIV Big Gay Out 🌈 which was held close by at Coyle Park, just a few minutes drive from my house. It was colorful and exciting to join in the party atmosphere celebrating the right to be LGBT without persecution.

In fact, everyone was having fun and dancing to the music coming from one stage or another… here is a shot of an adorable police officer who waltzed in front of my camera intent on coaxing his partner to dance, lol 💕

Dance like no one is watching!

It was beautiful to attend a large open outdoor event and I counted myself so privileged to have this available to me when we are all trying to cope with the threat of covid.

What a difference a day makes… because today we are on lockdown! Argh, I know you hear me, right? ✨– ♡ Janet
