I’ve put together a free medication tracker spreadsheet in Google Sheets to help you keep track of your doses and expiry dates. On a busy day, I’ve found myself wondering, “Did I take my lunchtime pill?” — and this sheet is helping me stay on top of everything.
Whether you take multiple medications, manage supplements, or just want to keep a record, this tool makes it simple to see what’s coming up.
How It Works
Open the spreadsheet and you’ll see boxes at the top to enter the year, month, and start day. The calendar updates automatically — no need to type directly on the calendar grid.
Add your medications in the Medication Table. Enter the expiry dates, dose, and when to take (morning, lunch, dinner, bedtime). The progress bars in the calendar will show at a glance which medications need attention.
There’s also a sheet dedicated to Medication Expiry Dates. You can flip through months and years to see what’s coming up and continue to add medications as required.
Features:
- Automatic Calendar: Enter the year, month, and start day — everything updates for you.
- Medication Tracker: Keeps all your doses and expiry dates in one place.
- Notes Section: Jot down extra info or reminders next to each medication.
- Customisable: Nothing is locked — change colours, add notes, or adjust the layout to suit your needs.
- Accessible Anywhere: Works on computer, tablet, or phone.
- Easy to Use: No special skills required — just plug in your info and go.
Try It Out
I’d love you to try it! Please double-check everything and let me know how it works for you. Any feedback or suggestions for improvements would be really appreciated.
