I’ve put together a free dynamic calendar spreadsheet in Google Sheets to help you manage bookings and events more easily. It’s much more flexible than a paper calendar—just type in the year, pick the month from a dropdown list, and the calendar updates automatically.
Whether you’re running an Airbnb, managing a small business, or just keeping life organised, this tool makes long-term planning simple.
How It Works:
Open the calendar and you’ll see boxes to type in the year and choose the month. The calendar updates itself, so no need to edit the grid directly.
Add your bookings in the “Guest Reservations” section next to the dates. If you prefer, you can remove those dates and enter your own. Change the headings as you like.
This version is set up for two rooms, but it’s easy to adjust the layout to suit more spaces if needed. Keeping all your booking info in one place makes it easy to see what’s available at a glance.
