Recipe Credit: An old favourite from Rawleigh’s—remember their lovely flavouring essences?

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten and strained
  • 250ml cream
  • 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 250ml whiskey
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp instant coffee, dissolved in a little boiling water
  • 4 x 10.5g squares Whittaker’s chocolate (70% cocoa), melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Directions


1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, cream, sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, coconut cream, instant coffee, melted chocolate, and vanilla paste. Stir well until fully combined.
2. Pour into Bottles: Carefully pour the mixture into clean glass bottles or jars. Ensure the containers are well sealed.
3. Store: Refrigerate the homemade Baileys for up to 2 weeks. Shake before use.
