I’d been meaning to add collagen to my diet for a while, but pills just aren’t my thing. That’s when I came across the idea of Collagen Bliss Balls—a fun, no-bake treat that seemed like the perfect solution!

🍏✨🌿💚🍎🌱🍃💫🌸🍏
Collagen is important for healthy skin, joints, and gut function. As we age, our natural collagen levels drop, which can lead to those telltale signs of aging. Adding collagen to your diet can help support your body from the inside out—and bliss balls are an easy (and tasty) way to do that.

Bliss balls are great for a quick energy boost, whether you need something to keep you going mid-morning or after a workout to aid muscle recovery. They also make a tasty, guilt-free dessert if you’re craving something sweet after a meal.
For convenience, keep a stash in your bag or desk drawer for a snack on the go. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh for up to two weeks. If you want them to last longer, freeze them for up to three months and thaw in the fridge when you’re ready to enjoy.
Okay, Good to Know
I was quite pleased with how easy these were to make. I’d bought a tub of collagen powder ages ago but couldn’t bring myself to mix it into smoothies or drinks. Rolling it into bliss balls felt like a win—and I felt good about doing something nice for my hair and nails too.
But be warned—they didn’t quite agree with me. Let’s just say I spent more time near the bathroom than I expected. I ended up ditching the rest of the powder and didn’t make another batch. It might work better for you—perhaps start with a smaller amount of collagen and see how you go.
Would I Change Anything?
Next time, I’d try swapping out the collagen powder for something else, maybe a plant-based protein powder, or leave it out altogether. The bliss balls were still delicious without it, and you could always up the nutritional value with extra seeds or nuts instead. You can easily play around with the ingredients to suit your taste or dietary preferences!
