The recipe for these Hokey Pokey Biscuits is simple and straight forward. They’re another one of those old-fashioned favourites, also known as Golden Syrup Biscuits. I made a batch of these last week and served them to a group of friends. One of them said they tasted just like his mum’s – and I’ll certainly take that as a huge compliment!
These biscuits are perfect for an afternoon treat or as a snack with a cup of tea.
What’s So Good?
They contain just 4 ingredients! How easy is that? There’s no need for fancy ingredients or complicated instructions here – just mix, shape, and bake. It’s that simple.
If you haven’t tried making Hokey Pokey Biscuits yet, I highly recommend it. They’re golden, chewy, and always a crowd-pleaser. Plus, they bring a bit of nostalgia with every bite.
I hope you give them a go and enjoy them just as much as I did with my friends!
