Here’s my recipe and it’s easy to make.
- 3 eggs beaten and strained
- 250ml cream
- 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
- 250ml whiskey
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in a little boiling water
- 4 x 10.5gm squares Whittaker’s chocolate 70% cocoa, melted
- 1tsp vanilla paste
Mix all together and serve in liqueur glasses. Pour into clean glass bottles and store in the fridge.
