It is just the perfect size for a new born. I made this using Bella Baby Hugs wool blend yarn in white which is available from Spotlight.
I bought a couple of 50g balls but this hat took less than one ball to complete. The pom pom is hand made so a little rough around the edges but I think it looks okay, not factory produced.
